This study is entitled "Improving the Competence of Public Administration Students at Bosowa
University in Reading and Analyzing Regional Budgets" and aims to improve students'
understanding of regional budget analysis and reading. With a better understanding, students are
expected to be able to apply this knowledge in the world of work, both in the government sector
and in other fields related to public policy. More than just academic interests, this study also
emphasizes the role of students as agents of change who can contribute to overseeing
transparency and accountability in regional budget management. Students are expected to be
critical supervisors of budget policies and play an active role in educating the public about the
importance of good regional financial governance. The research was carried out through a series
of trainings that included presentations of materials using PowerPoint by speakers, interactive
discussions, group budget analysis practices, and evaluation sessions to measure students'
understanding after participating in the training. The results of the study showed that most
students still had limitations in understanding various aspects of the regional budget, including
the budget cycle, sources of regional income and expenditure, and the concept of planning and
budgeting. Students also had difficulty in systematically compiling the regional budget cycle from
January to December. These findings indicate the need for a more in-depth and applied learning
approach so that students can be more skilled in reading, understanding, and analyzing regional
budgets comprehensively

Menumbuhkan Nalar Kritis Generasi Muda Menuju Era 5.0 Melalui Sekolah Literasi di SMP dan Yayasan Ar-Rahman

This article describes the understanding of literacy poured through literacy schools with various
creations owned by students given to students. The creativity was carried out by KKP students, Bone
Village, Segeri District, Pangkep Regency during the professional work service activities. This literacy
school is an activity to foster students' enthusiasm in building their potential in the material given
very clearly so that they are able to understand it well for students, and the presenter of the material
is extraordinary so that they are able to understand their audience in understanding the material
given in developing students' potential, this literacy school can provide lessons for students to be
critical in responding to leadership and organizational preparation in responding to the scope of the
school and for themselves. The problem raised is how students understand themselves in building
their potential in facing the development of the era in the 5.0 era. The goal is for students to have
critical reasoning in responding to the development of the era and be able to understand well what
leadership means in students before leading in a broad scope. The results obtained were that students
were very enthusiastic in participating in this literacy school activity to build their potential for a
better future.

Peran Pemerintah Dalam Mengatasi Permasalahan Sampah Di Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep

Memaksudkan implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sampah di
Kecamatan Ma’rang oleh Badan Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Pangkep . Sosialisasi dan
pendampingan pelatihan bersama pemerintah untuk memahami implementasi kebijakan
pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Ma’rang. Mengajak warga untuk lebih peduli dan berhati-hati
serta berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Ma’rang. Memberikan saran atau
masukan kepada pemerintah agar diperlukan langkah-langkah yang tepat guna meningkatkan
pengelolaan sampah yang tidak berujung pada pencemaran lingkungan, agar pemerintah dapat
kembali meningkatkan perannya dalam pengelolaan sampah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di
Kecamatan Ma’rang dengan menggunakan metode tatap muka. mulai dari tahap persiapan, hingga
tahap pelaksanaan. dan akibatnya tingkat permasalahan dari Implementasi Kebijakan
Pengelolaan Sampah adalah tidak adanya Perda yang mengatur tentang pengelolaan sampah
Ma’rang, tidak ada proses pemilahan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat sebelum diangkut ke truk
sampah, sehingga prosesnya sama. tidak dikelola selama keranjang sampah tiba di tempat.
pengolahan akhir untuk mengurangi sampah yang diangkut ke TPA. tidak ada sumber daya
manusia yang secara khusus dipekerjakan oleh Dinas dalam hal pemilahan sampah di lokasi TPA.
Kurangnya partisipasi komunitas kreatif dalam menyelesaikan proses pengelolaan 3R
