This makes NA feel the need to take a
role in the community to help adolescents who need consultation, information, and education
about adolescent reproductive health. Through the PASHMINA program (Nasyiyatul Aisyiyah's
Healthy Adolescent Service), adolescents can easily access health information and services. This
community service is carried out using the methods of socialization and education about
adolescent health, health counseling, provision of blood-boosting tablets, body mass index,
hemoglobin examination, and nutritious PMT for adolescentsApart from optimizing Pashmina
services, the main objective of this activity is to shape the character of teenagers who have a
healthy mentality, holistic personality, and good emotional intelligence. The success of this activity
can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students who participated in the Pashmina activity held at
SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 6 ROGOJAMPI, as well as the evaluation results which showed an increase
in the participants' knowledge about health education that had been given.
Raisah Ufairah, Eka Pratiwi, Rika Supiyati, Nur Ali Yasin Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sulawesi Selatan (JPMNAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1778 Thu, 15 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Penguatan Peran Perempuan dalam Pencegahan Stunting melalui Edukasi Gizi Seimbang di 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1796
Stunting remains a persistent public health challenge in Indonesia, particularly in rural and
semi-urban communities with low nutritional literacy. This community engagement program
was designed to enhance the role of women in preventing stunting through structured education
on balanced nutrition during the first 1000 days of life. The activity targeted high school-aged
girls and members of local women's organizations, recognizing their strategic position as future
mothers and community influencers. Implemented through interactive seminars, the program
adopted a participatory educational approach supported by observational tools, pre- and post-
tests, and satisfaction questionnaires. The findings indicate a significant improvement in
participants' understanding of nutrition-related concepts, demonstrated by a 43.5% increase in
average post-test scores. Participants expressed high levels of satisfaction with the content,
delivery methods, and relevance of the material presented. Moreover, involvement from local
stakeholders and organizational partners contributed to the initiative's success. The program
raised awareness and encouraged behavioral intentions to promote better nutritional practices
within families and communities. These results affirm the importance of empowering young
women through community-based education as a preventive strategy against stunting. The
initiative highlights the potential for scaling similar models in other regions with contextual
adaptation and underscores the critical role of collaborative partnerships in achieving long-term
public health goals.
Hardianti, Yayuk Astuti, Khairunnisa, Sundari, Isumarni Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sulawesi Selatan (JPMNAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1796 Wed, 21 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pemberdayaan Perempuan melalui Kalibrasi Arah Kiblat di Masjid Al-Irshan Minasa Upa Kota Makassar https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1793
This activity aims to improve the accuracy of the Qibla direction and empower women in religious activities at Al-Irshan Mosque, Minasa Upa, Makassar City. Through a community-based participatory approach, women from the mosque study groups were involved in theoretical and practical training on Qibla calibration using the istiwa’aini method and digital technology. The measurement results revealed a deviation of 7 degrees in the Qibla direction, which may affect the validity of prayer. The involvement of women in this activity had a positive impact on enhancing their understanding and technical skills, while also strengthening their active role in religious affairs. This program not only improves the quality of worship but also fosters a more inclusive and empowered community. It is expected that this initiative can serve as a model for other mosques to correct their Qibla direction and sustainably empower women in religious engagement.
Alamsyah Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sulawesi Selatan (JPMNAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1793 Wed, 21 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pelatihan Basic Life Skill Remaja Untuk Mencegah Kejadian Pernikahan Anak Pada SMPN 1 Jabiren Raya, Kalimantan Tengah https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1795
Child marriage is often rooted in deep gender inequality, which disproportionately affects girls.
This practice not only robs them of their childhood but also endangers their health and safety.
Girls who marry before the age of 18 are more likely to experience domestic violence and are
less likely to continue their education. Various policies at both global and national levels reflect a
strong commitment, including from the Government of Indonesia, to prevent child marriage.
However, this commitment must be strengthened with appropriate strategies that take into
account the current situation and adopt proven approaches to address child marriage in
Indonesia. One approach that can be implemented is the introduction of the Basic Life Skills
Curriculum for adolescents. This community service activity was carried out in Jabiren, Central
Kalimantan, focusing on students of SMPN 1 Jabiren Raya. The results showed that 37 students
(92.5%) demonstrated high-level perception improvement, while 3 students (7.5%) were in the
low category. This indicates that the majority of students have developed a good understanding
and positive perception regarding the issue of child marriage. Life skills education plays a vital
role in shaping outstanding youth character. Adolescents with strong character tend to grow
into individuals who are physically healthy, emotionally stable, and intellectually developed.
Investment in life skills and vocational training—including financial literacy and job skills—can
empower girls and support their safe transition from education to productive employment,
thereby serving as an effective strategy to reduce the incidence of child marriage.
Itma Annah Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sulawesi Selatan (JPMNAS) https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1795 Wed, 21 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Peningkatan Kapasitas Public Speaking untuk Pengurus Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) Kabupaten Toraja Utara https://jurnal.fkip.unismuh.ac.id/index.php/jpmnas/article/view/1827
The public speaking training activity organized by the PKK of North Toraja Regency aims to improve the communication capacity of members in conveying information, ideas, and work programs effectively in front of the public.
