Abstract

This article describes the understanding of literacy poured through literacy schools with various
creations owned by students given to students. The creativity was carried out by KKP students, Bone
Village, Segeri District, Pangkep Regency during the professional work service activities. This literacy
school is an activity to foster students' enthusiasm in building their potential in the material given
very clearly so that they are able to understand it well for students, and the presenter of the material
is extraordinary so that they are able to understand their audience in understanding the material
given in developing students' potential, this literacy school can provide lessons for students to be
critical in responding to leadership and organizational preparation in responding to the scope of the
school and for themselves. The problem raised is how students understand themselves in building
their potential in facing the development of the era in the 5.0 era. The goal is for students to have
critical reasoning in responding to the development of the era and be able to understand well what
leadership means in students before leading in a broad scope. The results obtained were that students
were very enthusiastic in participating in this literacy school activity to build their potential for a
better future.
